My new trailer is almost ready to be shipped! So I have been worrking hard on all the important detail. Cute packaging? Check. The most incredible desserts? Check. Uniforms? Check. What will it look like? Well here’s a little of what is in my brain.
The menu?? Oh think puddings!!! Classic, but incredible trifles, Tiramisu, Banana Pudding!!! If it’s cold, think hot sponge puddings, with warm custards and ganache! I honestly couldn’t think of anything better.
